A Dental Implant Lab Built for the Whole Restorative Picture Surgical Guides, Custom Abutments, and Final Prosthetics from One Team
The implant goes in once. Every component riding on top of it has to be right the first time - and every time after that. As a dental implant lab serving dentists and oral surgeons across the United States, Sage Dental Arts approaches every case from the prosthetic side with the same rigor your team brings to the surgical side.
That means planning for emergence profiles, screw-access angulation, occlusion, and retrievability before fabrication begins. We don't wait until restorations are sent back for remakes, we are a partner that plans ahead.
From single screw-retained crowns and custom abutments to full-arch implant cases and All-on-4 prosthetics, we design and mill restorations using CAD/CAM technology paired with 3Shape-compatible digital workflows.
Our Oklahoma city lab accepts digital impressions and physical cases. If your practice needs dependable dental implants, we'll meet your workflow where it lives.
Implant Dental Lab Solutions for Every Case Type From a Single Missing Tooth to Full-Arch Reconstruction
Implant prosthetics are not one product. The right configuration depends on the number of implants, the opposing dentition, the patient's hygiene, the soft tissue, and the budget. Our most-requested dental implant restoration options include:
Compatible With Every Major Dental Implant System
Switching implant systems is not a small ask. We do not require you to. Our dental implant lab is set up to work with all major implant platforms, including Nobel Biocare, Straumann, Zimmer Biomet, BioHorizons, Hiossen, MIS, Neodent, and Astra Tech, along with several compatible third-party component lines. If you use a system not listed here, send us the case and we will confirm component availability before quoting.
We stock or source OEM and certified compatible components, and we are happy to discuss which option makes sense for the specific case in front of you.
A Digital Dental Lab Workflow Built for Implant Precision
Implants leave no room for small errors. A scan body that is seated incorrectly, a misread interface, a wrong library file, any one of those turns into a prosthesis that does not seat passively. Our digital workflow is built to catch those issues before milling and includes compatibility with industry-standard intraoral scanners.
Our in-house implant workflow includes:
- Verification of scan body fit and library selection on every case
- Exocad and 3Shape implant modules with current library updates
- 3D printing for surgical guides, verification jigs, soft-tissue models, and try-ins
- Milling for custom titanium abutments, zirconia abutments, hybrid frameworks, and Ti-base-bonded restorations
- Photo verification at the framework stage on full-arch cases before final fabrication
We also accept conventional implant impressions and analog records when the case calls for them. Many great implant cases are still partially analog, and we are not interested in forcing a workflow that does not fit your practice.
A Dental Implant Lab That Communicates Like a Surgical Partner
Implant cases fail, more often than anyone wants to admit, because of communication gaps that happen weeks before the seat appointment. The wrong abutment was ordered. The library file did not match the connection. The hybrid was designed without verifying passive fit. We have seen each of these enough times to build our process around preventing them.
Our team treats every implant case as a clinical conversation, not a job order. If something in the scan, the impression, or the Rx is unclear, we call. If a case is going to take longer than expected, you know before it is overdue. Every restoration is backed by our remake policy, and our technicians are reachable when you need to talk through a case that did not go the way it was supposed to.
- Restoratively Driven Planning — Final tooth first, fixture position second.
- Every Major Implant System — Nobel, Straumann, Zimmer, BioHorizons, and more.
- Verification at Every Stage — Scan body, framework, occlusion, and shade.
- Direct Line to a Technician — Talk to the person designing your case.
