Q: Do you accept new accounts from practices outside Oklahoma?

Yes. We are a national dental crown lab and ship to practices across the country from our Oklahoma City facility. Setting up a new account takes a short call to confirm your scanner, preferred materials, shade system, and shipping preferences. After that, you can send your first case the same week.

Most single-unit zirconia and lithium disilicate crowns ship within five to seven business days from the time we receive a complete case, not counting transit. Larger bridges, full-contour esthetic cases, and implant-supported work follow case-specific timelines that we confirm at the design stage. If a case is going to take longer, you hear from us up front so you can schedule the seat appointment with confidence.

Which intraoral scanners and file formats do you accept?

We accept STL, PLY, and DCM files from every major intraoral scanner, including iTero, 3Shape Trios, Medit, Primescan, CEREC, and Carestream. If your office is not yet on a digital workflow, we still accept traditional PVS impressions and can pour and scan them in-house. New accounts can connect their scanner to our lab directly through their scanner portal, and our team will walk you through the setup.

How do I choose between zirconia, lithium disilicate, and PFM for a given case?

The short version: high-strength zirconia is the safe choice for posterior cases, bruxers, and patients with limited occlusal clearance. Lithium disilicate is hard to beat for anterior esthetics and conservative preps where translucency matters. PFM still has a role in long-span bridges and some specific clinical situations. If you send us the case details and a photo of the prep, we are happy to give a material recommendation before fabrication.
